Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

Products & Refurbishment

What does "refurbished" mean?

Refurbished means the device has been professionally restored to like-new condition. It undergoes thorough testing, cleaning, and any necessary repairs. Learn more on our Why Refurbished page.

What's included with my device?

Every device includes a compatible charger and cable. Original packaging and additional accessories may not be included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

What is your grading system?

We use three grades: Like New (pristine condition), Excellent (minimal signs of use), and Good (light wear). All grades are fully functional. See our grading guide for details.

How is the battery health?

All devices have batteries tested at minimum 80% health. Many have brand new batteries installed during refurbishment. Battery health percentage is listed on each product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and UAE. Shipping costs and timeframes vary by location. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 (AU), $149 (NZ), and 499 AED (UAE). Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. See our Returns & Refunds policy for complete details.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 12-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. See our Warranty Information page for full terms.
