How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at returns@eaglereborn.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number.
Package Securely
Pack the device in its original packaging (if available) with all included accessories. Include the return authorization number in the package.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (for eligible returns) or ship using a trackable method. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition (no new scratches, damage, or wear)
- All accessories and packaging included
- Device restored to factory settings (all data erased)
- No signs of water damage or unauthorized repairs
- Return authorization number obtained
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in less than perfect condition or missing accessories, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different device, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired device.

- Devices with water damage or physical damage caused after delivery
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"
- Devices with unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Items returned after 30 days
- Opened software or digital products
